Aceptación de los términos

Al descargar, instalar o utilizar Derby (“la Aplicación”), usted acepta estos Términos de Servicio. Si no está de acuerdo, no utilice la Aplicación.

Descripción del servicio

Derby es una aplicación de escritorio para la gestión de torneos de derby. La Aplicación se ejecuta localmente en su equipo y almacena los datos del torneo en su dispositivo.

Licencia de uso

Se le otorga una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para utilizar Derby de acuerdo con el tipo de licencia adquirida:

• Licencia de prueba: Uso gratuito con funcionalidad limitada por un período determinado.
• Licencia completa: Acceso a todas las funcionalidades, vinculada a un dispositivo específico.

No está permitido copiar, modificar, distribuir, vender o sublicenciar la Aplicación.

Cuenta y autenticación

Para activar una licencia de prueba, puede ser necesario autenticarse mediante Facebook. Usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de su cuenta y de todas las actividades que ocurran bajo su sesión.

Propiedad intelectual

Derby y todo su contenido, características y funcionalidad son propiedad de sus desarrolladores y están protegidos por leyes de propiedad intelectual.

Limitación de responsabilidad

Derby se proporciona “tal cual” sin garantías de ningún tipo. No somos responsables de la pérdida de datos del torneo almacenados en su dispositivo. Se recomienda realizar copias de seguridad de sus datos regularmente.

Modificaciones

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios se publicarán en esta página con la fecha de actualización.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Derby (“the Application”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Description of service

Derby is a desktop application for derby tournament management. The Application runs locally on your computer and stores tournament data on your device.

License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Derby according to the type of license acquired:

• Trial license: Free use with limited functionality for a defined period.
• Full license: Access to all features, bound to a specific device.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Application.

Account and authentication

To activate a trial license, you may need to authenticate via Facebook. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your session.

Intellectual property

Derby and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by its developers and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

Derby is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for loss of tournament data stored on your device. It is recommended that you regularly back up your data.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
